George E. Mueller Jr., of Waukesha, died on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 surrounded by his family at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 81 years. He was born in Milwaukee on September 9, 1931 the son of George Sr. and Esther (nee Hansen) Mueller. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1961 until 1965. He was a longtime member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church. George loved his dogs and loved people. He never spoke an unkind word about anyone and was always willing to help those in need. George always had a positive outlook on life, had a strong work ethic and was a great storyteller. He will always be remembered as a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
He will be sadly missed by his three loving children, Maggie Broadnax of Madison, Mary-Beth Mueller of Waukesha and Thomas (Anne) Mueller of Madison and by his seven grandchildren, Noah, Isaac, John IV, Grace and Levi Broadnax and Leah and Rachel Beutler. He is further survived by special friend and caregiver Hugo Perez along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Bernice on September 18, 1998, by his two sisters and his parents.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 from 11:00AM until the 1:00PM funeral service at Grace Ev. Lutheran Church, 700 Beechwood Avenue, Waukesha, WI 53186. Reverend Arthur G.
