Andrea R. Reyes

Andrea R. Reyes of Waukesha entered into the Lord’s embrace on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at the age of 77 while in the presence of her loving family. She was born in Texas on August 26, 1947. Andrea was an independent, hard-working woman who loved helping others especially those within the Waukesha Latino community. Andrea took pride in her cleaning whether it was in her home or within her role in hospitality management. She enjoyed Tweety Bird, Mickey Mouse, strawberry margaritas, dancing, tie-dye shirts, cooking for her family and going to Potawatomi Casino. She had a sweet tooth and would never turn down a delicious scoop of ice cream. Most of all she cherished her family.

She will be sadly missed by her husband Bernabe Reyes of 37 years; her children, Cynthia Ortiz, Elizabeth Short, Raymond Ramos, Annette Ramos, Saul Ramos and Rogelio Sanchez; her grandchildren, Hilda Madrid, Saul Ortiz, Jose Ramirez, Raul Velasquez, Tabitha Jean O’Brien, Gabriela Benka, Alicia Benka, Roberto Pena, Vanessa Pena, Taylor Short, Tasha Ramos, Reuben Ramos, Arianna Ramos, Andrea Ortega, Victoria Garcia, Santana Aguirre, Pablo Ledesma, Jordyn Plymesser, Gabriel Ramos, Rosmari Ramos, Hailey Sanchez and Deanna Sanchez along with 39 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her siblings, Rita, Dalia, Edmundo, Eduardo, Joel, Xavier, Julian and Xochil, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Maria and Edmundo Martinez along with her siblings, Juan, Norberto and Cecilio.

Visitation will take place on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until the 3:00 p.m. funeral service at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha.
