Kapp (Kapczynski), Andrew E. age 95 of Waukesha, formerly of Greenfield passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sept. 22, 2017. He was a proud WWII United States Navy Veteran serving as a medic in the Pacific. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and proudly went on an Honor Flight for his 90th birthday. Andrew worked in the printing trade and retired from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. He was active up until recently in square and round dancing, golfing, and bowling. Beloved husband to the late Eleanore. Loving father to Kathleen (Dennis) Kapp-Simon, Michael (Karen), Rosanne, and Julie (Larry) Ganschow. Dear grandfather to Kristie (Nicholas) Shea, Cheryl (Daniel) Retzlaff, Jeffrey Simon, Jennifer (Justin) Beres, Sarah Kapp, Stephen (Anne) Ganschow, Patrick Ganschow and Jakob (Laura) Ganschow and 9 great-grandchildren. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Mon. Visitation continues Tuesday Sept. 26, 2017 at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, 18000 W. Greenfield Ave., Brookfield, WI 53045 from 9 am until 9:20 am The funeral Mass will begin at 9:30 am.
