Arline M. Kaercher, a longtime Waukesha resident, joined her husband Earle in Heaven on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at the Virginia Health and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 84. She was born in Watertown on May 4, 1929 the daughter of Carl and Lydia (nee Albrecht) Beyer. On April 18, 1948 she married Earle Kaercher in Watertown; he recently preceded her in death on October 26, 2013. Together Arline and Earle enjoyed camping, ballroom dancing and playing in various card clubs. She also enjoyed golfing in the Ladies Golf League at Moor Downs. Arline worked as an instructional aide at Butler Middle School for many years. She was a longtime member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church.
She will be sadly missed by her children, Kay (Ken) Heine of Waukesha, Jeffrey Kaercher of Mount Horeb, Steven (Adele) Kaercher of New Berlin, Todd (Susan) Kaercher of Sharon, WI, Coryn (the late Vincent) Turner of Gurnee, IL and Wayne Kaercher of Maple Grove, MN along with 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her brother Kenneth (Elaine) Beyer, sisters-in-law Margaret Kujath, Marlene Beyer, Dorothy Beyer and Kathy Beyer along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her brothers Carl, Richard “Butch” and Otis “OD”, her sisters Bernice “Pat” and Shirley, her infant son Alan and her parents.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 11:00AM until the time of the 12:00 noon memorial service at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 1205 S. East Avenue, Waukesha, WI 53186. Pastor Peter A. Schmidt will preside. Private interment will be held at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield at a later date.
