Audrey J. Christoph

Audrey J. Christoph a lifelong Waukesha resident and farmer, died on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at the age of 86. She was born in Waukesha on November 23, 1929 the daughter of William and Edna (nee Fuller) Shepherd. On March 8, 1952 she married Allan R. Christoph in Genesee Depot; he preceded her in death on October 7, 2011. Alongside her husband, Audrey was a longtime dairy, beef and grain farmer. She loved dogs but most of all loved raising her beloved horses and going horseback riding.

She will be sadly missed by her children, Peggy (Guy Gorsky) Orlofske of Madison, Ralph (Laurie) Christoph of Watertown, Lee (Susan) Christoph Scottsdale, AZ, and Brian Christoph of Waukesha. She was the dear grandmother of Joyce (Ken) Kelch of Neenah, Clay (Dana) Christoph of West Allis, Carly (Jeremy) Jeske of Bayview, Allan (Stephanie) Orlofske of Stoughton, Reno Christoph of Milwaukee, and Sabrina Christoph of Waukesha and great-grandmother of Myles and Piper Kelch and Shane Christoph. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband, Allan and her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Don and Jack Shepherd and her sister Marion Steinhart.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 2:00PM until the time of the 4:00PM funeral service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue Waukesha. Reverend Ralph Schultz will preside. Private burial will be held at Prairie Home Cemetery. Memorials in Audrey’s name are appreciated to Rainbow Hospice, 147 W. Rockwell Street, Jefferson, WI 53549.
