Barbara "Barb" J. Anderson

Barbara “Barb” J. Anderson, of Waukesha, died unexpectedly on Friday, March 21, 2014 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 76 years. She was born in Milwaukee on June 4, 1937 the only child of William and Florence (nee Muenchow) Kaehler. On January 26, 1957 she married Dean Anderson at Epiphany Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. Barb was a 1950’s gal and always wanted to go back to that era. Along with her husband, she was a longtime member of St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Waukesha. Barb enjoyed being outdoors, gardening and traveling. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She will always be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She will be deeply missed by her husband of 57 years, Dean of Waukesha and their children, Donna (Thomas) Leamy of Jackson, Patty (Ted) Noble of New Berlin and Michael (Kim) Anderson of King, NC. She was the dear grandmother of Jeni (Nicholas) Coon of Campbellsport, Daniel (Carrie) Leamy of Oshkosh, Scott (Megan Johnston) Leamy of West Bend, Adam Neibauer of Waukesha, Jana (Jake Goodman) Neibauer of Milwaukee, Jacob (Stephanie Seafeldt) Noble of Milwaukee and Caleb and Alexis Anderson of King, NC, and great-grandmother of Natalie, Patrick, Nevaeh, Damian, Landen, Tommy, Jack and Aubree. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 from 3:00PM until the time of the 5:00PM funeral service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Pastor Andy Fetters will preside. Memorials are appreciated to the family to be divided amongst Barb’s favorite charities.
