Barbara "Barb" L. Anderson

Barbara “Barb” L. Anderson of Waukesha passed away on Monday, November 11, 2019 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 61. She was born in London, Ontario, Canada on March 18, 1958 the daughter of Edward and June (nee Patterson) Hughes. On April 28, 1979 she married Calvin Anderson at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Menomonee Falls. Barb loved Disney World and all things Disney. She especially loved Eeyore and had a large collection of Eeyores. She was also very crafty making many different kinds of crafts. Barb worked for Affiliated Dermatology where she was greatly loved by the doctors and staff. Barb had a very outgoing personality, had a big heart and a loving, caring, and giving spirit.

She will be sadly missed by her husband of 40 years, Calvin of Waukesha, their son Justin Anderson of Franklin, her brother Greg (Lisa) Hughes of Oshkosh and Karen Hughes of New Orleans and her two grandcats and one granddog. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until time of the 3:00 p.m. memorial service at Grace Ev. Lutheran Church, 700 Beechwood Avenue, Waukesha, WI 53186. Pastor Jason C. Hacker will preside. Memorials in Barb’s name are appreciated to Grace Ev. Lutheran Church or to a cancer research charity of the donor’s choice.
