Barbara J. Murray, of Waukesha, died Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at Aurora VNA Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa at the age of 67. She was born on May 5, 1943 in Waukesha to Lloyd and Cecile (nee: Panella) Hack. She graduated from Catholic Memorial High School in 1961. On August 21, 1965 she married David R. Murray at Grace Ev. Lutheran Church in Waukesha. David preceded her in death on March 3, 2009. For 25 years, she had worked for her mother, the owner of Cecile’s House of Fashion, until it closed in 1992. She then worked at Finders Keepers Estate Sales for about 13 years. She had been a longtime member of Grace Ev. Lutheran Church where she was active in the East Side Circle. She enjoyed gardening, antiques, fashion, shopping, being outdoors and cats. One of her greatest joys was going on road rallies with her husband, David. Barbara will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She will be sadly missed by her children Lynne Murray, Maureen Murray and David R. Murray II all of Waukesha. She is further survived by her granddaughter Marianna, a sister Patricia A. (Tom) Pirelli of Waukesha, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 11 from 9:30 am until the 11:30 am funeral service at Grace Ev. Lutheran Church, 700 Beechwood Ave. Waukesha. Graveside services will follow at Prairie Home Cemetery. Memorials in Barbara’s name may be made to Grace Ev.
