Beverly Ann Buerger, of Waukesha, died peacefully on her birthday, Friday, August 28, 2015 at home at the age of 86. She was born in Milwaukee on August 28, 1929 the daughter of Steven and Martha (nee Schultz) Pollack. Beverly was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church. She was an excellent cook, enjoyed entertaining, playing the piano and organ, golfing and traveling. Most of all she loved being with her family and she will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.
She will be sadly missed by her husband of 58 years, Edward Buerger, MD, of Waukesha and their children, Tim Buerger of Waukesha, Tom (Pam) Buerger of West Allis, Steve (Laurie) Buerger of Waukesha and Cheryl (Pat Dowd) Buerger of Waukesha. She was the dear grandmother of Kyle (Rebecca) Buerger, Nicholas (Amber) Buerger, Brianne (Scott) Frechette, Ean (fiancé Holly) Smith, Joshua Smith, Jamen (Christine) Smith, Calo Smith and Danneal Buerger and great-grandmother of Brooklyn, Peyton, Gage and Landon. She is further survived by her sisters, Shirley (Art) Hermanson and Donna Kilburg, her sister-in-law Pat Latkin, her longtime friend Kay Nolan along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the 7:00 p.m. vigil service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Visitation continues on Friday, September 4, 2015 at St. William Catholic Church 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha from 10:00 until the time of the 11:00 a.m. funeral Mass. Father Jose Nieto will preside. Entombment will immediately follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
