Beverly Florence Burmeister, of Waukesha, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 81 years. She was born in Waukesha on June 1, 1932 the daughter of Ernest and Florence (nee Kanode) Radtke. Beverly was a devoted and caring person who enjoyed helping her friends. She was an avid Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers Fan. Beverly enjoyed knitting, reading, traveling and attending St. Joseph Catholic Church but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
She will be sadly missed by her children Deanna (John Valliere) Jensen of Davenport, IA and her son Jordan, Jon (Stephanie) Burmeister of Snohomish, WA, David (Elizabeth) Burmeister of Lost Nation, IA, Sally (Jim) Schroeder of Lost Nation, IA, Bob (Bonnie) Burmeister of Maquoketa, IA, the late Tim (Barb) Burmeister of Lost Nation, IA and Sue Burmeister of Lost Nation, IA. She is further survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Her son Tim, her parents Ernest Radtke and Florence Heckler, her sisters Barbara J. Radtke and Ruby T. Flessner and her brother Robert E. Radtke, preceded her in death.
