Beverly R. Huebner a lifelong Waukesha resident, died on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at LindenGrove in Waukesha at the age of 83. She was born in Waukesha on January 10, 1933 the daughter of Walter and Gertrude (nee Marks) Graf and graduated from Waukesha High School. On August 8, 1953 she married Raymond Huebner; he preceded her in death in January of 1981. Beverly worked for JC Penney as a retail clerk retiring after 25 years. A woman of strong faith, she was an active and devoted member of Salem United Methodist Church where she enjoyed teaching Sunday school. Beverly also enjoyed volunteering at the Waukesha Food Pantry and as a greeter at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, traveling and cherished the time she spent with her family and watching her grandchildren grow up.
She will be sadly missed by her children, Debbie Huebner of Fountain Hills, AZ, Jeffrey (Deborah Skurulsky) Huebner of Mukwonago and John (Cindy) Huebner of Waukesha, her grandchildren Casey Huebner, Charles Huebner, Katie Huebner and Missy (Mike) Huebner and her two great- grandchildren Madilynn and Mason. She is further survived by her sister Ruby-Ann Stevens of Waukesha along with her special aunt Harriet, her brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband Raymond and her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin brother Barry, brothers Richard and Jim Graf and sister Mona Lembke.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Summit Woods and LindenGrove for the kindness and care given to Beverly and their family.
Visitation will take place on Friday, February 26, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the 7:00 p.m. funeral service at Salem United Methodist Church, 541 Hwy 59, Waukesha, WI 53186. Pastor Jorge Luis Mayorga will preside. Private family burial will be held Saturday at Prairie Home Cemetery. If desired, memorials are appreciated to Salem United Methodist Church or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
