Carl O. Saugestad

Carl O. Saugestad, of Waukesha, died on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at his home surrounded by his family at the age of 76. He was born in Baldwin, WI on September 18, 1937 the son of Carl and Cora (nee Stefauton) Saugestad. He was a graduate of Spring Valley High School and he proudly served his country in the United States Army National Guard. He worked for many years as a letter carrier for the Waukesha Post Office. Carl also did many odd jobs and could help people with most any project.

He will be sadly missed by his daughter, Michelle Saugestad of Waukesha, his son Brian (Linda) Saugestad of Merton, his grandchildren, Abby, Jake, Kristy and Kenny and great-grandchildren Stella and Marshall. He is further survived by his brother-in-law Donald Rust of California along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia, his parents and his brothers and sisters.

Viewing and visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2014 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Burial will be held on Friday, August 15, 2014 at 10:00AM at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield. Please meet at the funeral home at 9:00AM for the procession to the cemetery.
