Carol L. Oestreich of Waukesha passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 surrounded by her loving family at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 82. She was born in Milwaukee on August 3, 1941 the daughter of Robert and Elaine Willer. Carol dedicated over 40 years of her life to serving at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, first as a CNA for many years and later as a billing specialist. She loved cooking, sewing, shopping and bocce ball. She especially enjoyed having lunch and dinner with her many friends and looked forward each week to her Tuesday haircut. Above all, Carol cherished her family and found joy in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for her kindness, dedication to her work, love for her family, and the simple pleasures she found in everyday moments.
She will be sadly missed by her sons Curt (Peggy) Oestreich of Waukesha and Chris (Sherry) Oestreich of Vernon; her grandchildren, Tim (Aly) Oestreich, Cassie Carlson, Rachael (Tony) Navarro, Amber Oestreich and Ashley Oestreich and great-grandchildren, Luke, Jane, Nolan, Liam and Brynlee. She is further survived by her brother Robert “Bob” (the late Sandy) Willer, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. memorial service at Randle-Dable Brisk Funeral Home 1110 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha, WI 53186. Private interment will be at Wisconsin Memorial Park. If desired, memorials in Carol’s name are appreciated to AngelsGrace Hospice, N74 W35908 Servants Way, Oconomowoc, WI 53066.
