Carol Marie Seegers

Carol M. Seegers, of Waukesha died on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at the age of 89. She was born in Milwaukee to Leo and Marie (nee: Enders) Seidel. Carol was a long- time member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She loved watching football and baseball as well as attending her children, grandchildren and great -grandchildren’s school and club sport events. Most importantly, she cherished her family and will be remembered by many as a mother- figure. On September 22, 1956 she married Warren U. Seegers at St. Catherine’s Church, Milwaukee. Warren preceded Carol in death on March, 17, 2011.

Carol will be sadly missed by her children, Patrick (Bridget) Seegers, Linda (Jerry) Schedlbauer, Peggy (Don) Braun, Ray Seegers and Chuck Seegers. She is the proud grandmother of Britney (Mitch) Fowler, Shannon (Charlie) Kloppenburg, Colleen Seegers, Joseph Seegers, Mary Seegers, Michael Seegers, Ashley (Ryan) Witte, Stephanie Schedlbauer, Taylor (Khyrysta Renteria) Braun, Connor Braun (fiancé Rachael Dejno) and great grandmother of Leiahna, Natalie and Claire Fowler, Ali and Oliver Witte. She is further survived by her brother Chuck Seidel, nieces, nephew’s other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Seegers, their daughter Jane Seegers, her brother Father Victor Seidel, sister Marilyn (Tom) Marx and sister-in-law Rosie Seidel.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 4-7PM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell Ave. Waukesha. Services continue at church on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 with visitation from 10:00 AM until the funeral Mass at 11:30 AM. Interment will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Catholic Memorial High School, Divine Savior Holy Angels High School Forward in Faith Athletic Project, Catholic Community of Waukesha- St Mary’s Parish or Missionary Servants of the Most Holy Trinity.
