Caryl M. Butchart, 78, of the Town of Waukesha, died Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. She was born in Milwaukee on August 27, 1928 to Hilbert and Marie (nee: Weiss) Froemming. Caryl grew up spending her summers swimming and sailing at their family cottages on lakes Nagawicka, Okauchee and Lac La Belle. On August 14, 1953 she married Neil Butchart in Milwaukee. She has been a member of St. Marks Lutheran Church since 1958. She is also a member of WCA, Winnebago-Itasca Travelers Club and Lady Elks at Waukesha Elks Lodge #400. She was very involved in her grandchildren's activities and loved to cheer them on in their sporting events. She was an avid Packer and Wisconsin Badger fan. She will be missed by her husband Neil of Waukesha, along with their children Kim (Jim Rowe) DeWitt of Cambridge, Terri (John) Darling of Waukesha and Dan (Jill) Butchart of Mukwonago. Loving grandmother of Michele and Brooke DeWitt, Leslie, Jenna and Ian Darling and Samantha, Mitchell and Jake Butchart. She is further survived by her sister Patricia Heuser of Lac du Flambeau, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 5th from 10:00 AM until the 12:00 PM Funeral Service at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue.
