Christine M. Alvarez

Christine M. Alvarez, a lifelong Waukesha resident, was born to Eternal life, unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at the age of 48. She was born in Waukesha on January 26, 1967 the daughter of Jose and Ida (nee Ramos) Medina. On December 31, 1997 she married Julio “Chubby” Alvarez. Christine had a generous heart who always put others first and enjoyed hosting family gatherings to keep the family together. Most of all she loved being a mother to her daughter Julia and son Julio IV.

She will be deeply missed by her beloved husband Julio III “Chubby” Alvarez of Waukesha and her two children whom she cherished, Julia and Julio IV Alvarez of Waukesha, her parents Jose and Ida Medina, her sister Linda (Bob) Jellis and her brothers, Jimmy (Rosie) Medina and Jose (Lisa) Medina Jr. She is further survived by her mother-in-law Stefie Alvarez and her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Tom (Lisa) Alvarez, Ronnie Alvarez, Robert Alvarez, Rosie (Jimmy) Medina, Anna (Jason) Cleveland and Julio Ramon Alvarez along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Beleriano Medina and Rosa, and Victor and Paulina Ramos, and her father-in-law Julio Alvarez Jr.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 24, 2015 from 4:00pm until the time of the 7:00pm rosary service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Services continue Tuesday, August 25th with prayers at the funeral home beginning at 9:30am followed by the procession to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 822 N. East Avenue, Waukesha for the 10:30am funeral Mass. Entombment will immediately follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the family.
