Cindy K. Montville, of Waukesha, died on Sunday, June 28, 2015, at the age of 67 after a long illness. She was born in Orange County, California, on June 15, 1948, the daughter of Leoras (Montville) Skipper. She spent her career in telecommunications, most recently at Norlight in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Cindy was an avid motorcycle rider and scrap-booker, and loved animals and Sam Elliot (especially in Roadhouse). She could always be counted on for an honest opinion--sometimes, even when she wasn’t asked for one--and a strong shoulder to lean on.
She will be sadly missed by her biological daughters, Julanne Montville of Chicago, IL, and Krysta Montville of Waukesha, her granddaughter Maressa, and her many “kids”: Jamie, Sally, Tammy, ReAnn, LouAnn, Christina, Tina, Christopher, Penny, Tom, and many others. She will also be missed by her dear friend Michelle, her sisters in Leather & Lace, and her many other friends and co-workers.
In honor of Cindy’s wishes, no services will be held. Remembrances may be sent to 152 Wilson Avenue, Waukesha, Wisconsin, 53186. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha (
