Dominic J. Boone

Dominic J. Boone of Waukesha passed away peacefully at AngelsGrace Hospice on Friday, April 3, 2020 at the age of 63. He was born in Waukesha on December 5, 1956 the son of Oscar and Anna (Hunkins) Boone. On May 28, 1983 he married Sharon (Erke) Boone; she preceded him in death on April 30, 2007. Dominic worked as an insurance agent for many years, primarily at Sentry Insurance. He also enjoyed working as a volunteer firefighter for the Village of Lannon. Dominic was a talented woodworker and carpenter, loved the outdoors and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. His greatest joy was his daughter Leeann who he loved and cherished.

He will be sadly missed by his daughter Leeann Boone of Hartford, his sister, Mary (Michael) Priebe, brothers, Daniel (Vicki) Boone and Roger (Mari Cruz) Boone, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. In addition to his wife Sharon and his parents Oscar and Anna, he was preceded in death by his brother Joseph Boone and great-nephew Silas Roe.

Due to the current health crisis, services will be private for the immediate family only and burial will take place at Prairie Home Cemetery.
