Donald "Duck" Sura,

Donald G. "Duck" Sura, Jr., age 55 of Elkhorn, formerly of Waukesha, died Wednesday, September 19, 2007 as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Eagle. He was born on May 2, 1952 in Racine, the son of Donald Sr. and Jeanne (nee: Leannah) Sura. He was a graduate of Racine Horlick, then went on to Carroll College in Waukesha, graduating in 1974 with a degree in business. In August 30, 1975, Donald married Julie Pickup in Lake Zurich, IL. He worked as a mason contractor for Ideal Masonry for the last 25 years, and loved to do side jobs with Joey, Jimmy, and Tim. He also enjoyed football and baseball. There was not a man who loved his family more. Donald will be sadly missed by his wife, Julie of Elkhorn; four children: Shannon (Joey) Hajewski of Whitewater, Erin (Steve) Flurry of Fond du Lac, Brianne Sura of Elkhorn, and Shane Sura of Madison; his brothers and sisters: Kathy (Rob) Robison of Racine, Mary (David) Coughlin of Burnsville, MN, Pat (Diana) Sura of River Falls, Greg (Danelle) Sura of West Bend, and Christine (Coco) Sura of Salem, WI; and his parents, Jeanne and Donald Sura, Sr. of Racine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2007 from 12:00 noon until the 3:00 PM funeral service at First Presbyterian Church, 810 N. East Ave., Waukesha. Rev. David Ellis will officiate.
