Donald Wilhelmi

Donald C. Wilhelmi, 78, of Sun Lakes Arizona, formerly of Waukesha passed away Wednesday August 30, 2006. He was born December 9, 1927 in Langdon, North Dakota to Charles and Rose (nee: Meyer) Wilhelmi. In 1978 he retired from the Waukesha Police Department after 25 years of service. Before moving to Arizona in 1988 he was a longtime member at St. William Catholic Church.       He will be missed by his wife of 57 years Margaret "Marge" (nee: Raap) and their children Thomas (Nancy) Wilhelmi and David Wilhelmi. 3 grandchildren: Stephen (Robynn) Wilhelmi, Carlyn Wilhelmi, and Daniel Wilhelmi, great granddaughter Kylie Wilhelmi, brother Robert (Yvonne) Wilhelmi and sister Marilyn Allbright. He is further survived by many other relatives, friends and best friends Robert and Carol Greenwald. He was preceded in death by his son Jerome. A Funeral Mass will be held in Sun Lakes, Arizona at St. Steven Catholic Church at 3:00 PM Friday September 1, 2006. Services locally will be held on Wednesday September 6, 2006 at St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel at 10:00 AM. Father Leonard Barbian will be officiating.
