Donna D. Passolt

Donna D. Passolt, a lifelong resident of Waukesha, died peacefully on October 4, 2024 with her daughter by her side at the Benedictine Living Community in Northfield, MN. She lived to the age of 82.

Donna was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on December 23, 1941, the only child of Frank and Myrtle “Dolly” (née Melms) Helfert. On October 20, 1962 she married LeRoy “Lee” Passolt, and cherished 57 years of marriage together before his passing on January 1, 2020. Throughout their lives, Donna & Lee enjoyed traveling to destinations across the country to further deepen their understanding of U.S. history and cultures. Donna was the owner and director of Clover Leaf Preschool, serving families in the Waukesha community for over 20 years. 

She is survived by her children Nancy (Gerald) Mahowald and Daren (Julie) Passolt as well as three grandchildren Baily (Justin) Zanish, William Mahowald and Jestene Passolt.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1415 Dopp Street, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Funeral service to commence at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
