Dortha M. Conrad

Dortha M. Conrad, of Waukesha, formerly of Bloomington, Ind., died on Monday, August 27, 2013 at her home at Avalon Square at the age of 93 years. She was born in Polk County, MO on June 4, 1920 the daughter of Albert and Maude (Jefferis) Drumright. On June 22, 1941 she married Lynn H. Conrad in Marshfield; he preceded her in death on October 21, 2007. Dortha was a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church in Waukesha. An avid sports enthusiast, Dortha especially enjoyed college basketball and professional baseball. She was a lifelong St. Louis Cardinal’s fan and also enjoyed the Milwaukee Brewers.

She will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Carol (Richard) Stahl of Plymouth, MN and Janis (James) Trebby of Waukesha; four grandchildren, Robin (William Gottis) Stahl of Chicago, Timothy (Kelly) Stahl of Chicago, Brian (Monique Thompson) Trebby of Waukesha and Matthew Trebby of Waukesha and her great-grandchildren, Katie, Georgia, Justen, Sean, Aiden and Keegan. She is further survived by her sister Judy (Don) Flacke of Manchester, MO along with her niece Jenni Flacke, nephew Michael Flacke, other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband Lynn and her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Darel Drumright.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2013 from 9:30AM until the time of the 11:00AM funeral service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha.
