Edgar "Bud" Barnhill

Edgar F. “Bud” Barnhill, of Waukesha, died Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at Waukesha Springs at the age of 77. He was born on April 22, 1934, in Illinois, the son of James and Myrtle (nee Bahl) Barnhill. On June 4, 1960 he married the former Rita Getzloff in Bark River, Michigan. Bud proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy for 10 years serving during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. The military was a very important part of Bud’s life. He worked for RTE Cooper for over 30 years.  He will be sadly missed by his wife Rita of Waukesha, along with their sons Thomas (Maria) Barnhill of Lake Geneva, Nathan (Suzanne) Barnhill of Pelham, NH and Andrew (Misty) Barnhill of Watertown. Proud grandfather of Amanda, Mitchell, Alexander, Bethany, Sonnie, Katie and Michael. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 13 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. A second visitation will take place at the Wisconsin Memorial Park Family Center Chapel, 12875 W.
