Edward "Ed" Blaski

Edward M. "Ed" Blaski, age 82 of Waukesha, died on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at River Hills West Health Care Center in Pewaukee. He was born on a farm in northern Wisconsin on December 27, 1924, the son of Joseph and Martha Blaski. He married Edna Carol on October 20, 1951. After working as a farmer for many years, he was employed at Waukesha Training Center. Ed will be fondly remembered for the ways he touched the lives of others, including his sense of humor, kindness, and his enthusiasm for life. He was a man who never spoke ill of others, and had a deep love for his family and friends. Ed enjoyed gardening and cutting the grass with his son-in-law, Mark. Ed will be sadly missed by his wife of 56 years, Edna of Waukesha; his daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Mark Cieslinski of Mukwonago; one granddaughter and her husband, Tina and Bahman Amin, Jr.; and his sister, Theresa Zylka of Milwaukee. Ed has gone home to be with his family, including his parents, 15 sisters, 4 brothers, 6 half sisters and brothers, and 9 step-sisters and brother. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 19, 2007 from 10:00 AM until the 12:00 noon memorial service at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Burial of cremated remains will follow at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield.
