Edward "Ed" L. Waters

Edward “Ed” L. Waters, of Waukesha, was born to Eternal Life on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at age 59 surrounded by his family at AngelsGrace Hospice. He was born in Waukesha on March 4, 1956 the son of Jerome and Marion (nee Wolf) Waters. Ed was a 1974 graduate of New Berlin West High School. He spent most of his adult life working as a truck driver (owner/operator), but in recent years he pursued a new business venture in bio-mass renewable energy. He was also passionate about metal fabrication, working closely with his brother Kevin. Together they ensured craftsmanship to the highest quality.

Ed was a very active member and “MVP” of Waukesha First Assembly of God. He was an amazing man who found strength and happiness through his relationship with God and from helping others through church projects, auto repairs, but mostly mission trips to Ecuador, Mexico, NYC and Moldova. He will always be remembered as a loving and devoted son, brother, uncle, nephew and dear friend.

He will be dearly missed by his parents, Jerome “Jerry” and Marion Waters of Waukesha, his brothers Timothy “Tim” (Felicia) Waters of Lannon and Kevin Waters of Pewaukee and his nieces and nephew, Stephanie, Kayla and Eric Waters. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, devoted friends and loving church family.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the 6:00 p.m. memorial service at Waukesha First Assembly of God, 1314 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha. Pastor Todd Pope will preside. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts are appreciated to Waukesha First Assembly for the benefit of Moldova missions.
