Edward A. Grundman, of Waukesha, died on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Season’s Hospice at the age of 73. He was born on July 8, 1945, the son of Edward and Bernice (nee Mundschau) Grundman. He was a 1963 graduate of Catholic Memorial High School. On January 27, 1968 he married Sharon (nee Burrow) Grundman at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. He had worked at United Star Waukesha Foundry for 53 years, where he was still active. He was a former member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Ed loved the Packers and Brewers and listened to many games on the radio.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Sharon of Waukesha, along with their children Tammy Last of Waukesha, Barb (Tim) Werner of Milwaukee, Scott Grundman of Waukesha and Karen (Rod) Setum of North Prairie. Loving grandfather of Kayla Last, Justin (Briana) Werner, Kirsten Werner, Stephanie, Zachary and Amanda Setum. Dear great-grandfather of Kaylee, A.J. and Ella. He is further survived by his siblings Mary (Dave) Holmes of Watertown, Joe (Diane) Grundman of Waukesha, Jerry (Marie) Grundman of Waukesha and Bev (Rick) Howe of Greenfield, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 30 from 4:00 p.m. until the 7:00 p.m. funeral service at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave. in Waukesha. Graveside services will take place on Wednesday, May 1 at St. Joseph Cemetery at 11:00 a.m., please meet at the cemetery.
