Eunice Albrecht

Eunice M. Albrecht, of Franklin, died on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at St. Luke's Southshore Hospital at the age of 87. She was called to heaven with her family at her side.  Eunice was born April 12, 1923, the daughter of Michael and Mildred Knipp of Manitowoc.  She married Jerome Albrecht on August 7, 1943. A giving mother and gentle friend to her nine children who will hold her in their hearts until they meet again. She will be sadly missed by her children: Carlyn Albrecht of Florida; Jim (Diane) Albrecht of Whitwater; Glen (Debbie) Albrecht of Menomonee Falls; Dan (Barb) Albrecht of Pewaukee; Joan (Rich) Petrie of Franklin; Sally (Paul) Parker of Florida; Anne Albrecht of Mequon and John (Pam) Albrecht of Mukwonago.  She was very proud of her 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.  She is further survived by her brother, Carl (Bonnie) Knipp, brother-in-law, Don Walters, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Eunice was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 61 years, Jerome Albrecht, loving son, Robert Albrecht and special sister, June. Private family services were held at Wisconsin Memorial Park Chapel of the Chimes with entombment to follow.
