Frances M. Fedyczkowski

June 2, 1926 — December 4, 2014

Frances M. Fedyczkowski, of Waukesha, died on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Waukesha Springs at the age of 88. She was born in Plover, WI on June 2, 1926. On January 31, 1942 she married Joseph Fedyczkowski and they farmed in Mosinee, WI until moving their family to Waukesha in 1956. While raising her family, Frances worked at Alloy Products for many years. She was a fantastic cook and many people invited themselves to her home for her delicious Polish meals. She was a longtime member of St. Mary Catholic Church. Frances loved her children and grandchildren and she will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She will be sadly missed by her children, Dorothy Brehm of Waukesha, Antoinette “Toni” (Edward) Symkowski of Waukesha and Louise (Howard Fink) Stone of Hubertus. She was the dear grandmother of Kirk Babcock, Paul (Tina) Brehm, Rebecca Smith, Sarah (Cliff) Cruz, Stephanie (Dane) Allen, Adam Fenwick and Kaitlin (Sam Keck) Stone and great-grandmother of Brian and Christian Babcock, Hatfield, Atticus, Paloma, Miles and Keenan Cruz, Jacob and Dalton Brehm, Gavin and Nathaniel Smith, Britny Orr and Hannah Marlock and great-great-grandmother of Evelyn Orr. She is further survived by her daughter-in-law Nancy Fenwick (Bruce Kiel), along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Joseph, her son Carl Fenwick, her sons-in-law Paul Brehm and Gary Stone and her brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 9:30AM until the time of the 11:00AM funeral Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell Ave., Waukesha. Father Howard Haase will preside. Entombment will take place at 2:00PM Thursday afternoon at St. Joseph Cemetery. Please meet at the cemetery chapel. Memorials are appreciated to Catholic Memorial High School Endowment Fund for the Arts, 601 E. College Ave. Waukesha, WI 53186 or to the Hunger Task Force, 201 Hawley Ct., Milwaukee, WI 53214.
