Frank A. Wallace of Waukesha, died after a lengthy illness on Monday, May 29, 2017 at home at the age of 69. He was born on February 5, 1948 in Ada, MN, the son of Donald and Ethel Wallace. Frank married Lee “Tuna” Benedict on March 25, 1988 in Las Vegas, NV. He graduated from Waukesha South High School. Frank worked at Unit Crane and later at Charles Slater, Associates. Frank was well known as a registered tax return preparer for 46 years. Frank loved watching sports and in his younger years fixing cars.
Frank will be sadly missed by his wife, Lee of Waukesha, and their daughter Karly (Trent) of Chippewa Falls and 3 fur grand-babies: Tucker, Gracie “Moose”, and Tommy; and his four-legged friend, Chewy Wallace. He is also survived by daughter Donna and 2 granddaughters: Tori and Selena, his sisters Barbara (Bob) Huebner and Sharon (Chuck) Slater. He thought of Bob Huebner as his brother whom constantly helped Frank and Lee. He is further survived by sister and brother-in-law Randy and Susan Lobotzke, sisters-in-law Judy and Barbara Wallace along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Harold and Bobby, special nephew Little Bobby, mother-in-law and father-in-law Gerry and Mike Benedict and brother-in-law Michael Benedict.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the 2:30 p.m. memorial service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha. Final resting place will be at Prairie Home Cemetery at a later date. Memorials in Frank’s name are appreciated to the Wisconsin Humane Society, Attn: Development Department, 4500 W.
