Fritz M. Halsall

Fritz M. Halsall, of Waukesha, died Monday, October 14, 2019 at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 96. He was born on December 23, 1922, in Bluefields, Nicaragua, the son of William and Mathilda (nee Jaentschke) Halsall. On April 4, 1951 he married Olivia (nee Tom) Halsall in Nicaragua. Over the years Fritz has been know by many names “Jack”, “Prince”, “Erin”, “Colonel” and “Morning”.

He will be sadly missed by his wife Olivia of Waukesha; daughter Pauline (Rafael) Blandon of Waukesha; foster son Giovanni (Christy) Baldizon of Mississippi; grandchildren Fritz Antonio Blandon, Margarita I. (Robert Schott) Blandon and Alexa Baldizon. He is further survived by his great-grandchildren Natalia and Lawrence Schott; brother Eric Vincent Halsall of Nicaragua; special niece Matilde Halsall; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brothers Gilbert and William and sister Eleanor.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until the 3:00 p.m. funeral service at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 1205 S. East Ave., Waukesha 53186.
