Gary G. Scheel

Gary G. Scheel, of Genesee Depot, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at his home at the age of 84 years. He was born in Loyal, WI on December 25, 1928 the son of Ralph and Elizabeth (nee Thomas) Scheel. On November 6, 1956 Gary and Mavis Schneible were married. Gary worked for Borden and Wern Farms as a milk deliveryman for many years. He loved hunting, fishing and camping but his greatest joy was his wife and daughter whom he loved dearly.

He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 56 years, Mavis of Genesee Depot, his daughter Penny Dierksen of Waukesha, his brothers and sisters, Walter Scheel of Waukesha, Wayne (Pat) Scheel of Greenwood, WI, Joyce Prior of Illinois and Norma Frantom of Illinois. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son-in-law Terry Dierksen, his brothers Murray “Bud”, Ralph, Art and by his sisters Beth and Naomi.
