Gerald “Jerry” L. Weidner, of Waukesha, died on Monday, June 15, 2015 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 66. He was born in Cudahy on March 15, 1949 the son of Joseph and Constance (nee Fransway) Weidner. He was a 1967 graduate of Waukesha South High School. On August 14, 1981 he married Georgiann Herrmann together they were members of Elmbrook Church. Jerry enjoyed being a drummer in various Waukesha bands. He was a longtime employee in the shipping and handling department of Alloy Products. Jerry loved to work outside in his yard and garden, was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and a huge James Bond fan, but most of all he loved his family, especially his grandson Jackson.
He will be sadly missed by his wife of 33 years, Georgiann of Waukesha and their son, Brandon (Milinda) Weidner of Waukesha and his cherished grandson, Jackson. He is further survived by his brothers and sisters, Patricia (Tom) Waite of Waukesha, Rick (Glenda) Weidner of Waukesha, Michelle (John) Stefanski of Sullivan, Theresa (the late Michael) Hochstetler of Sullivan, Charles “Chuck” (Ramona) Weidner of Portage and Mary Lee Allen of Sullivan, his father-in-law, Harvey (Lorraine) Herrmann of Waukesha, mother-in-law Joan Herrmann of Waukesha and his beloved dog Chino, along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Michael.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 19, 2015 from 4:00PM until the time of the 7:00PM memorial service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha.
