Gloria Anne Kaz

Gloria A. Kaz of Waukesha passed away peacefully on Friday, August 4, 2017 at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 88. She was born in Chicago, IL on February 26, 1929 the daughter of Vincent and Helen (nee Schweitzer) Rheynard. She was a graduate of Rosary College earning a double major in chemistry and theology. On July 26, 1952, she married her beloved husband Norman in Chicago, IL. She was a longtime member of St. William Catholic Church. Gloria enjoyed macramé, sewing and in recent years genealogy. Above all, her pride and joy was caring for her family and she will always be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dear friend.

She will be deeply missed by her beloved husband of 65 years, Norman of Waukesha and their loving children, Steven (Denise) Kaz of Englewood, OH, Peter (Laurie) Kaz of Medway, OH, Anne (Charles) Wise of Menomonee Falls, Richard Kaz of Waukesha and Charles (Tanisorn) Kaz of San Francisco, CA. She was the cherished grandmother of Rebecca Kaz, James Kaz, Erin Kaz, Katie (James) Van Oss, Stephanie Barnow, Christopher (Itzel) Wise and Heather (Sam) Lux and great-grandmother of Samuel, Benjamin, Elanore and Lilly Van Oss. She is further survived by her sisters-in-law Helen Kaz and Lois Kaz along with other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant son David.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 14, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha, WI 53186. The funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, August 15th at 11:00 a.m. at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. Father Jose Nieto will preside. (Please meet at the church on Tuesday). Private interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in River Grove, IL.
