Harland J. Huntley a longtime Waukesha resident died unexpectedly on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at his home at the age of 82. He was born in Adams County, Wisconsin on June 20, 1937 the only child of Arthur and Elizabeth (nee Huber) Huntley. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and on October 20, 1962 he married his beloved wife LeVonne Sayre. Harland worked for Wisconsin Centrifugal (now MetalTek) for more than 25 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved “putzing” and crafting with his wife, LeVonne.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 57 years, LeVonne of Waukesha and their children, Denise (Robert) Prowls of New Berlin and Dave (Denise) Huntley of Hillsboro, “adopted son” Randy Hinkes of Mukwonago, his granddaughter, Morgan, grandsons, Cameron, Mitch and Kirk Huntley, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Harland’s life will be held on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Fuzzy’s Southside, 1726 S. West Avenue, Waukesha.
