Heinz K. “Papa” Richter, longtime Waukesha resident, died on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at LindenGrove in Waukesha at the age of 91. He was born in Seitendorf, Germany on January 16, 1920 the son of Kurt and Lina Richter. Heinz was a proud WWII veteran. On April 14, 1942 he married Hildegard Junker; she preceded him in death on October 7, 2005. Heinz’s pride and joy were his family. He especially loved to spend time with his two grandchildren and enjoyed many activities including, playing board games, cards, going bowling or swimming and he even celebrated his 80th birthday by going to Noah’s Ark in the Wisconsin Dells. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. He will be sadly missed by his son, Anthony (Erika) Richter of Spearfish, SD and his daughter, Maria (Larry) Nagel of Waukesha and his two grandchildren: Matthew and Katelyn Nagel both of Waukesha. He is further survived by his sister Liesel Seifert of Germany along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Karl and Konrad and one sister. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2011 from 10:00AM until the 11:00AM funeral service at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha, WI. Father Howard Haase will preside.
