Helen Jurczyk

Helen Mary Jurczyk died on January 18, 2011 at her home in Dousman at the age of 89.  She was born in Milwaukee on February 16, 1921 the daughter of Frank and Julia (nee Klafka) Jurczyk.  Helen owned Chas Waubeese Resort for ten years on Waubeese Lake. Helen was employed at Allen Bradley. She was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Genesee Depot and St. Bruno’s Catholic Church in Dousman.  She resided in Milwaukee until she was 50 then moved to Waukesha County. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Lamae Jurczyk of Helenville; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.  In addition to her parents, she was recently preceded in death by her brother Peter Jurczyk as well as 10 other brothers and sisters.  A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 24, 2011 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, corner of Hwys 83 & D in Genesee Depot.  Interment will follow at St. Paul’s Cemetery in Genesee.  Memorials may be made to St. Paul’s Catholic Church, P.O.
