86, of Waukesha was born to eternal life Thursday July 9, 2009 at Waukesha Springs Nursing Home. He was born March 8, 1923 in Decatur, Nebraska to Clarence and Inez (nee: Fetty) Bucy. He proudly served his country in the US Army during World War II where he was a survivor of the Battle of the Bulge, the Army of Occupation after the war and then again in the Korean Conflict. On February 25, 1950 he married the former Joan Kerr. He had lived in Nebraska with his family until 1964 when he moved to Wisconsin and established J. M. Bucy Trucking Company. He was a member of the American Legion Post #411 in Milwaukee. He will be deeply missed by his wife Joan of Waukesha, and their children: Pamela Greene of Waukesha, Ronald (Lora) Bucy of Big Bend, and Donald (Grisel) Bucy of Waukesha. Brothers: Eldon (LaDonna) Bucy, and Earl (Helen) Bucy, sister Larie (Dave) Way, grandchildren: Hilary (Rick) Mucino, Andrew (Brenda) Greene, Sidy Garcia, Joshua Bucy, Chelsea Greene, Angela Limberg, Tomas Eisenbart, Trevor Bucy, and Jenna Martin, and 2 great-grandchildren: Lindsay Greene, and Ilena Andaluz. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sister.
