of Palm Bay, FL, formerly of Waukesha, died Sunday, November 23, 2008 in Palm Bay at 62 years of age. He was born on August 17, 1946 in Waukesha to Catherine A. (Schmidt) Nehs, and the late Jack F. Nehs, Sr. Jack, Jr. was a 1964 graduate of Waukesha South High School. He had been employed for 22 years at Aqua Chem in Milwaukee and for the past 14 years had worked at Sharpes Welding in Palm Bay. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War from 1966 to 1968 in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Daniel J. Martin American Legion Post #8. Jack was an avid airboat pilot and racecar driver. He especially liked watching Nascar and enjoyed motorcycles, hunting, fishing, boating and swimming with his grandsons, who had a special place in his heart. On April 11, 1966, Jack married the love of his life Carol Ann (nee: Hendrickson) Nehs of Palm Bay, FL and together they had two beautiful daughters Brenda (John) Ose and Lori (Daniel) Lizotte both of Palm Bay. Loving grandfather of Joseph (Joey), Dustin, Jack and Austin all of Palm Bay, FL. Jack is further survived by his mother Catherine Nehs of Waukesha; five sisters: Bonnie Zangerle of Aurora, CO; Luanne Nehs of Rancho Mirage, CA;Susan (Daryel) Lein of Waukesha; Kathy (John) Thomas of Waukesha and Mary Beth (Mitchel) Raines of Aurora, IL, his brother Jeffery P. Nehs of Watertown and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. All services are being held in Palm Bay, FL.
