Jacqualine K. Belter of Waukesha died on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at the age of 76. She was born in Milwaukee on March 31, 1944 the daughter of Herman J. and Sylvia (nee Kowalski) Kotarski. On September 24, 1966 she married Florian Belter at St. John Kantry Church in Milwaukee. Together they attended and were members of St. Mary Catholic Church Waukesha for over 40 years. Jackie was a passionate and talented beautician for 33 years. She went out of her way for her clients, often picking up and dropping off her elder clients for their appointments. She was an incredibly hard worker but an even better wife and mother. She took care of her family and was often looked as a second mom to her children’s friends. Jackie loved to stay active with golfing and bowling leagues, attending the circus and Zoo and tending to her garden. She will be remembered for being courageous as she suffered with strokes later in her life; but will be more fondly remembered for being the kind, caring, forgiving and genuine woman she was.
She is survived by her husband and best friend Florian Belter, their children Corey (Denise) Belter, Kevin Belter, and Karilyn Belter. Grandchildren Brady Belter and Bryce Belter and Tazia Miron. Niece Lisa Mancuso, nephews Chris (Tamara) Mancuso and Darrell Mancuso Sr. Great-nieces Alyssa, Sophia, Olivia, great-nephews Darrell Jr. and Derek. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister Geraldine (Joseph) Mancuso and brothers-in-law Robert Belter and Richard (Susan) Belter.
