James "Jim" B. Mcdaniel

July 3, 1922 — December 24, 2018

James B. McDaniel of Waukesha died on Monday, December 24, 2018 at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 96. He was born in Atlanta, Indiana the son of Franklin and Azzie (nee Whisler) McDaniel, MD. Jim worked for 50 years for Waukesha Engine as an inspector. He was a member of the Waukesha Deaf Organization, the WI Association of the Deaf, the SE WI Deaf Senior Citizens and the International Catholic Deaf Organization Ephpheta Sodality Chapter #7. Jim was an avid bowler and was the first deaf man to bowl a perfect 300 game in a tournament. He enjoyed going up north, fishing and was a huge Green Bay Packer fan.

He will be sadly missed by his daughter Debora McDaniel of New Berlin, his granddaughter, Barbara (Brandt) Krueger of Richfield, MN and his great-granddaughters Samantha and Fiona. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Lorraine on March 10, 2015 and his half brother Louis.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 1:00PM until the time of the 2:30PM funeral service at Wisconsin Memorial Park - Chapel of the Chimes, 13235 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, WI 53005. Entombment will follow.
