James "Jim" Zamber

James E. “Jim” Zamber, of Waukesha, died Sunday, March 22, 2009 as a result of a motorcycle accident at the age of 43.  He was born on May 26, 1965 in Oconomowoc, the son of James L. Zamber and Constance M. (Verhalen) Zamber.  Jim served his country in the U.S. Army.  As an avid outdoorsman, he loved fishing, hunting, and camping.  He also enjoyed cooking, and will be fondly remembered as a jokester who loved to laugh.  But most of all, Jim’s greatest passion was riding his Harley-Davidson. Jim will be sadly missed by his son, Jim Zamber of Three Lakes; his daughters:  Andrea Zamber of Germany, and Brandy Zamber of Waukesha; his mother, Constance Zamber of Madison; siblings:  John (Christie) Zamber of Madison, Cindy Martin of Park Falls, and Joe (Tiffany) Zamber of Deerfield; former wife, Dawn Zamber of Waukesha; step-daughter, Jade VanLare; step-son, Dave Hamilton; step-granddaughter, Sammy; and many other loving relatives and friends.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2009 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM, with the funeral service at 4:00 PM, at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha, WI.  Burial will take place on Monday, March 30, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery in Union Grove with full military honors.
