James "Jimmy" G. Kappers Jr.

James “Jimmy” G. Kappers Jr. of Waukesha, died unexpectedly Monday, October 26, 2015 at age 48. He was born in Waukesha on November 22, 1966 the son of James G. and Sandra (nee Nicolaisen) Kappers Sr. Jimmy enjoyed MotoGP Racing, NASCAR, trapping, hunting, sporting clays and traveling out west. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

He was the loving husband for 27 years of Stacy Kappers of Waukesha, devoted father of Mandy (Tim) Hawver and Thor Kappers of Waukesha, cherished son of Sandra Kappers, beloved grandfather of Remington and Bristol and dear brother of Karen (John) Knautz of Prospect Heights, IL, Kathy (Steve) Congemi of Sleepy Hollow, IL and Lisa (Mike) Lewis of Milwaukee. He is further survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Jerry and Bonnie Kruk, his sister-in-law Heather (Brian) Allen along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with the memorial service following at 7:00 p.m. all held at RiverGlen Christian Church S31 W30601 Sunset Dr., Waukesha, WI 53189. A private burial will take place at Prairie Home Cemetery.
