Janet L. Hess

Janet L. Hess, of the town of Vernon, died on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 surrounded by her family at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 43 years. She was born in Erie, PA on January 13, 1969 the only child of Patrick and Rosemary (nee Bulanda) Brady. On October 6, 2001 she married Joseph Hess in Waukesha. Janet received her bachelor’s degree in education from UW-Whitewater and her master’s degree from Carroll University. She was a devoted teacher to her students and worked for the Waterford School District for 19 years. Janet enjoyed hanging out with her friends and inspired devotion toward her lifelong and new friends. She loved life, her husband, her daughter, her family and her community and will never be forgotten.

She will be deeply missed by her husband Joe of the town of Vernon, their four-year-old daughter Lila as well as by her parents Patrick and Rosemary Brady of Menomonee Falls. She is further survived by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews other relatives and numerous friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 5:00 until 8:00PM at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Visitation continues on Friday, October 26 at Fox River Christian Church S46 W24130 Lawnsdale Road Waukesha, WI 53189 (Corner of Hwy 164 & Lawnsdale Rd) from 9:00AM until the 10:00AM funeral service. Pastor Rob Warnell will preside. Graveside services will immediately follow at Vernon Center Cemetery. Memorials are appreciated for an educational fund for Lila.
