Janet M. Knippel

Janet M. Knippel (nee Bachman) Born to eternal life on Sat. Dec. 5, 2020 at age 91. Beloved wife of 50 years to the late Paul; loving mother of Joy Chianelli, Paul (Maria) Knippel, John (Nancy) Knippel and Terry (Tim) Rowan; dear grandmother of Frank (Sue) Chianelli, Amy (Tom) Mazzone, Angela Knippel, John (Amber) Knippel Jr., Andrew (Lindsay) Knippel, Daniel (Valentina) Rowan, Ted Rowan and Samuel Rowan; 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild and sister of Cecelia Blodgett. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Janet was a longtime member of Mother of Good Counsel Parish. She dearly loved all her grandchildren and was especially caring to people alone or in need. Due to the pandemic, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Mother of Good Counsel Parish and burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery. Memorials appreciated to the church.
