Jean L. Hackbarth

Jean L. Hackbarth, of Waukesha, died unexpectedly on Monday, September 1, 2014 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 63. She was born in West Bend, WI on January 1, 1951 the daughter of Leonard and Hazel (nee Janz) Schaefer. On October 16, 1976 she married Gerald “Gerry” Hackbarth. Jean enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles and crocheting. She loved spoiling and spending time with her grandchildren. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She will be deeply missed by her husband, Gerry Hackbarth of Waukesha, and their children, Chris (Kim) Hackbarth of Mosinee and Nicole Hackbarth of Waukesha; and her step-daughters Shelley (Mike) Linderman of Hudson, FL and Tracy Monce of New Port Richey, FL. She was the dear grandmother of Zachary, Charles and Henry Hackbarth and step-grandmother of Amanda and Robert Reed, Allison Linderman and Ronald and Daniel Monce; and step-great-grandmother of Ryleigh Reed. She is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Roy Schaefer.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5, 2014 from 4:00PM until the time of the 6:00PM memorial service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha.
