Jeanne R. Jung, of Waukesha, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the age of 67. She was born on Dec. 23, 1947 in Edgerton, WI the daughter of Theo and Alyce (nee Ahlgrim) Himmelwright. Jeanne was a longtime member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Waukesha and worked for Boston Store for many years. She deeply loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchild. She prided herself on and instilled the importance of kindness and compassion to her children and grandchildren and to all those around her. Jeanne had a heart of gold and was always accepting of everyone. She will always be remembered for her uniqueness, great imagination, her engaging attitude, fun loving spirit and love for her family.
She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Keri Myers of El Dorado, KS and Amy (Dr. Christopher) McAboy of Delafield, her beloved grandchildren, Grace, Trey, Guy and Alice Myers, Madelaine, Patrick and Molly McAboy and Lindsey and Jessica Zoret and great-grandson Maverik. She is further survived by her sister Lorilee (Lee) Peterson of La Crosse, brother William (Cheryl) Himmelwright of Bloomington, MN, sons-in-law George Myers and Vince Zoret, along with nieces, nephews other relatives and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter Jacqueline Zoret and her parents.
Visitation will be held on Thurs. July 16, 2015 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Visitation will continue on Fri., July 17th at St. Charles Catholic Church, 313 Circle Dr. Hartland, WI 53029 from 10:00 am until the time of the 10:30 am funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials gifts are appreciated to Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital Foundation, 720 West Central Ave., El Dorado, KS 67042. A fund in Jeanne’s name will be established for palliative care.
