Jeremy M. Polak

Jeremy M. Polak, a resident of Pewaukee, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at the age of 46. He was born on October 8, 1977, in Lakewood, Colorado, the son of Darryl and Judith Polak. Jeremy graduated from Mukwonago High School in 1995 and dedicated many years to his work as a contractor for Novo Renovations.

Jeremy was known for his passion for golf, and love of fantasy football, and the Denver Broncos. An excellent cook with a generous heart, he found joy in assisting others and treasured moments spent with his family, particularly his niece and nephews. His infectious laughter brightened the lives of all those around him. He will always be remembered for his adventurous spirit, as a loyal friend and as a great son, brother, and uncle.

He will be sadly missed by his loving parents, Darryl and Judith Polak; his sisters, Deborah (Greg) Neveau and Jennifer (Jason) Graef; his brother Jason (Stephanie) Polak; his niece and nephews, Luke and Elizabeth Neveau; Keenan and Bryce Graef; Owen and Reid Polak; along with aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many dear friends.

A private service will be held for the immediate family. 

A celebration of Jeremy’s life will take place on Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Eagle Springs Golf Resort, W352 S10355 Tuohy Road, Eagle, WI 53119. If desired, memorials in Jeremy’s name are appreciated to the Children’s Tumor Foundation.
