WAUKESHA—Jessie “Lucile” Brines, of Waukesha, formerly of Fort Atkinson, died Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at 89 years of age. She was born on October 20, 1919 in Galesburg, IL to Harry and Dolly Mae (nee: Headon) Shriber. On October 12, 1939 she married Robert Brines in Aurora, IL. Lucile was a former member of the Fort Atkinson Hospital Auxiliary and the Fort Atkinson Women’s Club. She participated in the many activities at Summit Woods. She enjoyed golfing and playing bridge. She was very active in her daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildrens lives. She will be sadly missed by her daughters Susan (David) Eichelberger of Waterman, IL and Judith (James) Dreger of Waukesha, along with her grandchildren Lisa (Michael) Byford of Waterman, IL, Jon (Ly VoDoan) Eichelberger of Los Angeles, CA, Jennifer (Craig) Hauser of Waukesha and Jason (Katherine) Dreger of Mukwonago. She is further survived by her great-grandchildren Mitchel, Abigail and Kayla Hauser and Natalie and Austin Dreger, sister-in-law Peggy Shriber of Aurora, IL, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert on Nov. 11, 1997 and 4 brothers. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 5 from 9:30 am until the 10:30 am Funeral Service at Christ the Servant Lutheran Church, 2016 Center Road in Waukesha.
