Joan Twigg

Joan E. Twigg, of Eagle River, died on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at Waukesha Springs at the age of 82. She was born on June 6, 1927 in Mayville, WI the daughter of Rolland and Norma (nee Kapernick) Voss. She will be sadly missed by her husband Lester "Les" Twigg, along with other relatives and friends. Services will be held in Eagle River at a later date.
