John C. Musiak, of the town of Waukesha, died Thursday, December 20, 2018 at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 84. He was born on April 8, 1934, in Greenfield, MA, the son of Frank and Gladys (nee Cebula) Musiak. On August 25, 1962 he married Carole (nee Dejnak) Musiak in Turners Falls, MA. John proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a longtime employee at Pabst Brewery, retiring in 1996. He enjoyed golf, gardening and Polka dancing.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Carole of Waukesha, as well as their children Michael (Sandra) Musiak of Palmyra and Karen Musiak of Waunakee. Dear brother of Lillian (late Gene) Prunier of MA, Alice (late William) Gonski of MA and Thomas (Helen) Musiak of TX. He is further survived by his sister-in-law Gloria Bartak of FL, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. memorial service at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave. Waukesha. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Wisconsin Parkinson’s Association, 16655 W. Bluemound Rd. Suite 330, Brookfield, WI 53005.
